+Go see Priestess Elara at the temple of Windhowl and talk to her.
+She will ask you to defeat an evil entity, a Fallen Specter, lurking in a forgotten cave near the old Arakas labyrinth.
+Bring back to Elara the Soul Fragment of Ezekiel.
+She will purify the artifact, but then send you to Tavrel of Opal, apprentice jeweler of Windhowl.
+Tavrel will offer to assemble the fragments with sacred cloths for 20,000 gold coins.
+Once the work is done, return to Elara so she can complete the ritual.
+She will then give you Ezekiel’s Robe, blessed to protect young adventurers in their first steps.
